Alan Heather – Chief Executive Officer, Chairman
Alan Heather has 35 years of experience managing corporations and social purpose organizations, including direct responsibility for $5 million P&L. He was CEO for Soar International Events Corporation, structuring and leveraging a $140 million capital program. Alan has a successful track record which includes establishing the $15 million Legacy Fund and creating the Canadian Sport Tourism program, responsible for a projected $300 million in annual tourism spending in Canada.
Karen Maxwell – VP of Community and Corporate Relations
Karen Maxwell brings a background in client support and marketing acumen to Trilennium’s management team. She creates and nurtures initiatives both within and outside of the corporate framework, creating conversations and relationships that spark progress.
With a consultative style that emphasizes inclusion, community awareness, and ethical persuasion, Karen’s focus is relationship-building within the realm of corporate finance and an equal emphasis on establishing Trilennium’s brand and footprint in Victoria.
Trilennium will be expanding its Board of Directors and C-suite executives in the near future to ensure it has the world class talent and commitment required to enact this innovative plan.
