R.W. Harrison – Advisor Emeritus
R.W. (Bob) Harrison has 40 years of M&A experience having developed the CMRTM methodology that was applied to CAE, NorthStar Finance, and Stantec Engineering, enabling each company to become a dominant player in their markets. Mr. Harrison will be responsible for advising Trilennium’s corporate acquisition and finance strategy.
Lydia has more than 30 years experience in the financial services sector, providing leadership development and executing innovative growth initiatives as vice president of Sales and Services at Vancity Credit Union – the world’s largest credit union. She led a team of more than 1,000 employees when it was voted the best place to work in Canada. She knows the industry from the ground up and has the strategic thinking and operational expertise required for an organization to thrive in a highly competitive marketplace. Lydia will be joining the Board of Directors of the public company.
Ron McCullough PhD, MBA, FCAE
Ron has become recognized as a thought leader and change agent, having shaped development of the core institutions that constitute Canada’s science and technology infrastructure. An original member of the Canadarm Team at Spar Aerospace Ltd, he later combined the chief technical and strategic planning roles along with corporate responsibility for government, investor and public relations. His engagements have included CANARIE (chair of the Project Advisory Committee), Ontario Premier’s Council (member), KlasTek (president), SPAR (vice president), the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (vice president) and future Innovate (president).
Robert McLean MA, MCA, CMC
Rob is an internationally recognized by knowledge-based organizations as an expert on value creation. He built a reputation as a leading advisor to corporations and governments on strategic issues and systemic shifts, such as the Canada-US Free Trade Agreement and NAFTA, the evolution of the internet, the rising importance of intellectual capital, and the shifting frameworks for measuring performance and value. He has executive experience in the private, public, research and social purpose sectors in roles with Ernst & Young (partner), the Ontario Premier’s Council on Economic Renewal (executive director), the International Federation of Institutes for Advanced Study (executive director), and future Innovate (chief innovation officer).
Bill Swirsky FCPA, MBA, ICD.D
Bill is an acknowledged corporate governance thought leader and practitioner, building on a distinguished career as an executive with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. His legacy with the CICA is exemplified by the Bill Swirsky Innovation Award, which is made every other year. He is a current board member with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee) and is senior VP and CFO for the International Centre for Evidence Based Medicine. He was previously with the Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan (member of the board), Canada Health Infoway (member of the Audit, Finance and Investment Committee) and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (vice president – Knowledge Development). Bill will be joining the Board of Directors of the public company.
